05. Quotations & Project Scope

Every quotation issued by Codevlystic is based on the agreed project requirements. Any requests outside the approved scope may require additional development time, result in revised pricing, or extend the estimated project timeline. Scope changes will only begin after mutual approval.

06. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Depending on the project, payments may include an Advance Deposit, Milestone Payments, or Final Balance Before Delivery.

Late payments may result in temporary suspension of work, delayed delivery, or additional administrative charges. Ownership of completed work remains with Codevlystic until full payment has been received.

07. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Codevlystic retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, reusable code, design systems, and development methodologies.
• Clients receive ownership of their final approved project after full payment.
• Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell our website content, branding, graphics, or source code without written permission.

08. Third-Party Services

Our projects may integrate external services including Payment Gateways, Hosting Providers, Domain Registrars, APIs, Analytics Platforms, Cloud Services, and AI Tools. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Codevlystic is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing adjustments, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

09. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions using industry best practices. However:

• Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable law.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data unless ongoing maintenance services have been agreed.

Any confidential information shared between Codevlystic and the client during a project will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required or authorised by the client.

11. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. Where work has already been completed, payments made are generally non-refundable, and the client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

12. Suspension & Termination

Codevlystic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments remain overdue, false information has been provided, services are used for illegal activities, or Terms & Conditions are violated.

13. Privacy & Governing Law

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Codevlystic operates.
